The update is available today and supports enhanced features to improve the user experience and management of content sources to displays, video walls, and multi-view capabilities.
The latest ZyPer Management Platform release, 1.6, supports ZyPer products including ZyPer4K, ZyPerHD and the recently released ZyPerUHD, ZeeVee’s latest IP- based distribution platform that delivers ultra-low latency, compressed video with up to 4K resolution using an off-the-shelf 1Gb Ethernet switch.
The 1.6 firmware release adds functionality including:
- Mobile device/ tablet support with touch screen functionality allowing customers to easily access management and status functions across all products.
- Auto scaling to optimum display resolution and refresh rate.
- Virtual MP support– ZyPer users can now manage the firmware and management platform, including API access, on the customer’s compatible hardware.
